Jack B. Zimmermann
Jack B. Zimmermann is a former prosecutor and criminal trial judge in the United States Marine Corps. A 1975 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas, he is licen
sed to practice law in Texas. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland and the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He is admitted to practice in Texas, as well as the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh Circuits, all of the United States District Courts in Texas, and the Western District of Oklahoma, and all United States courts-martial.
Jim E. Lavine
Jim E. Lavine is a former prosecutor in Chicago, Illinois (six years) and in Houston, Texas (five years). A 1974 graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology - Chicago Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, he is licensed to practice law in Texas and Illinois. He graduated from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts. Terri R. Zimmermann is a former prosecutor and chief of the Civil Law and Review sections at the Marine Corps Air Station El Toro, California, for which she was awarded the Navy-Marine Corps Commendation Medal and Navy-Marine Corps Achievement Medal. A 1992 graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., she is licensed to practice law in Texas and Maryland. She graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin. She is admitted to practice in Texas and Maryland, as well as the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Texas and the District of Maryland, and all United States courts-martial.
Kyle R. Sampson
Kyle R. Sampson is a former prosecutor and chief of the Legal Assistance Office at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, California, for which he was awarded the Navy-Marine Corps Commendation Medal. A 1995 graduate of the Texas Tech School of Law in Lubbock, Texas, he is licensed to practice law in Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where he was a distinguished student, a squadron commander in the Corps of Cadets, and a member of the Ross Volunteer Company, which serves as the Honor Guard for the Governor of Texas. He is admitted to practice in Texas, as well as the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas, and all United States courts-martial.
